Our greatest hope is that once you see your new RocLok Hide a Key you will instantly fall madly in love with our product. But we understand that not all matches are made in heaven. If you are not 100% happy with your RocLok Hide a Key for any reason, please feel free to return it in it's original packaging within 15 days of it's arrival on your doorstep.
Unfortunately once we've delivered your RocLok to the shipping company we can not refund the amount of postage to or from your residence. However, we are more than happy to credit your card for the amount of the RocLok less any shipping costs incurred.

Your RocLok will ship from our manufacturing headquarters in Hillsboro, Oregon within 2-4 business days from the date your order was received. After your order has been placed, processed and approval of payment has been verified, your RocLok will sent on it's way to your door via FedEx Home Delivery unless another shipping method is selected at check out.

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you have not received an email please let us know and we'll happily resend the tracking information to you promptly.
Please be sure to check your RocLok immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipment so that we can get a new RocLok in the mail to you and arrange pick up of the damaged item.
We are confident that our product will withstand even the harshest environment while maintaining it’s strength, weather resistance and above all providing your keys with a safe hiding place. However as RocLok’s are handmade of natural materials there is always a small chance that something may not quite work as well as it should. That is why we guarantee your RocLok Hide a Key to be free of manufacture defects for one year from the date of purchase. Should you notice a problem with your RocLok please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix it for you. Please be sure to hold on to your email receipt so we can help you as quickly as possible.
